True i think same way with sharding too, like create multiple shards/plasma(visualise it as ring of nodes) and then each shard/plasma will be connected with multiple two-way pegs(which will transfer token between those shards/plasma obviously). i know this is just idea we need to do some research but this seems neat to me.
