Rollkit sovereign rollups have a similar concept called “pure fork-choice rule” rollups.
There is a resource-pricing / DOS vector that the rollup must solve on its execution layer, e.g if a bundle contains a while(true) loop and consumes max gas, the rollup should add a burn or something of that sort.
