The Consortium Layer: The Safe Threshold
The organization (The “Brand”) operates through a Safe Smart Account with a tailored threshold signature.
- The Brand Identity: The Safe address is the public face of the project. It holds the “Master Logic” and signing authority for protocol-wide changes.
- Flexible Rule-Based Signing:
Tier 1 (Critical): 3-of-3 signatures from the DSP Consortium + 1-of-2 from the DAO Board for protocol upgrades
Tier 2 (Operational): 1-of-3 signatures for routine maintenance or cluster configuration updates.
Tier 3 (Emergency): A “Guardian” module that can trigger a pause if mPoW AI Agents detect a logic breach.
Multi-Cluster Architecture: Geographic Resilience
We distribute the “Industrial Glue” across three independent Kubernetes clusters, each maintained by a different DAO Service Provider (DSP).
- Cluster Alpha (USA): Maintained by DSP-1.
- Cluster Beta (Europe): Maintained by DSP-2.
- Cluster Gamma (Asia): Maintained by DSP-3.
- The Federation Logic: The APIs and replication logic (CRDTs) ensure that data is consistent across all three regions. If the USA cluster goes down, the Europe and Asia clusters continue to provide the Digital Oil.
The DSP Consortium: The Service Board
Each DSP maintains their own individual Safe wallet for their internal operations. Collectively, they form the Consortium Board.
- The Tiered Safety Net: *
Consensus Upgrades: To push a code update to all clusters, a threshold (e.g., 2-of-3) of the DSPs must sign the “Consortium Transaction.”
Isolation: Each DSP only has “Write” access to their specific cluster. They cannot touch the other regions without a Consortium-signed manifest. - The Board Situation: The DAO elects the DSPs. If a DSP fails their mPoW audit, the DAO Board can vote to revoke their signature from the Consortium Safe and rotate in a new provider.
Sybil-Resistant Identity: Soulbound AI Agents
To prevent bots from diluting the “Voice” of the organization:
- One DSP = One Soulbound AI Agent: This agent is the only entity that can propose transactions to the Consortium Safe.
- Commercial Social Identity: The brand’s public announcements or “on-chain tweets” are signed by the Consortium Safe. This ensures the “Voice” of the brand is backed by verified industrial consensus, not just a social media manager.
